We are Co-owners and Inspectors at WHIT Inspection Services LLC. Between the two of us we have 6 years of experience in the real estate market, housing and development, new construction, contractor work, etc. With all of this experience behind us, we set out to create a top of the line home inspection business. We know from personal experience and stories from people and friends, that the client isn't always put first in the real estate market. Here at WHIT Inspection Services, we pride ourselves on always putting the clients best interest FIRST! We reflect this in several ways, including; our industry low pricing, our state of the art reporting that can be accessed anywhere anytime, and last but not least ,our very thorough, top-down inspection strategy. During our inspection we leave no stone unturned. We will never rush an inspection, therefore we never book more than 2 inspections in one day. We strongly believe that each client deserves the best, which is what we pride ourselves on giving each person that we do an inspections for.
